Elevate Your Bouncing & Camping Adventure: Best Trampoline Tent
And the award of ‘the best father in the world’ goes to you!
This is what my wife said after I brought the first trampoline tent to our home. The reason why she said it is because of how much our kids loved the tent.
I can’t remember a time when we didn’t have a trampoline in our house. It used to do a very good job of keeping our kids busy, but after a while, they became bored with it. As expected, they started to annoy us while we were working or doing the chores around the house.
Soon after, something popped into my mind, and I came up with the ultimate solution to our problems— a trampoline tent. Our kids developed a renewed passion for using the trampoline. It kept them busy and safe while we could peacefully complete our daily tasks.
However, the unexpected happened, and within a few months, the tent was looking like a ragged cloth. That’s a hundred and something dollars that I will never get back. But failure is also a kind of success as it gives you the experience you need to do better in the future.
This was when I embarked on a journey to hunt down the best trampoline tent. It took a lot of work, but I was finally able to track down all the tents that proved to be outstanding. Now, here I am, sharing my experience and knowledge with all of you.

Types of Trampoline Tents
There are two main categories of trampoline tents: roof-style and camping-style tents.
Roof-Style Tent
Such tents are like a cover on top of the trampoline. They don’t come with sides or windows. Roof-style tents are used for shelter against the blazing heat of the sun. They are also cheaper than camping-style tents.
Camping-Style Tent
They are very similar to standard camping tents. When you put them on a trampoline, they will cover the entire thing. They’re perfect for keeping yourself protected from rain or snow; however, they might be a little expensive.
Top 5 Trampoline Tents of 2023
I’ve handpicked these five trampoline tents, so you don’t have to go through the trouble of searching high and low. I believe all of them are of great quality; however, it’s up to you to decide whether they make the cut or not.

1- Jump Tastic Trampoline Tent
The number one item on my list is a tent by Jump Tastic. Now, they may not be a famous brand, yet their tent has made a pretty good impression on me. I got it as a birthday gift for my daughter when she turned six.
Honestly, I’m not the one to settle for an unknown brand, but I took a blind shot with this one. As it turns out, I didn’t miss it; in fact, I’ll consider it as a bull’s eye.
First of all, the trampoline comes in three different sizes: 12, 14, and 15 ft. We were using the Zupapa no-gap enclosure 14 ft trampoline during that time, so naturally, I decided to get the model suitable for 14 ft trampolines.
The tent features a bright green color, which looks pretty neat. My daughter’s favorite color is green, so that actually worked in my favor. There are three windows on three sides; right, left, and rear. The windows have a mesh screen; thus, there was no issue with ventilation or proper airflow.
In addition to the windows, there is a skylight situated at the top center of the tent. It allows sunlight to enter, which keeps the tent warm during winter and allows it to remain well-lit. You also have the option to close the drapes of the skylight and the windows if your kids want privacy or want to enjoy string/night lights included with the tent.
Yes, the trampoline tent comes with two sets of 26 ft long string lights featuring various colors. It gives an elegant touch to the entire setting. I was not very satisfied with the quality of the lights, but it still was a nice addition. My kids really enjoyed it, as the lights made the tent look like an actual clubhouse.
The tent features a premium, durable Oxford cloth, which won’t wear out anytime soon. My kids tend to get a little overboard while playing on the trampoline, so if the material wasn’t durable, they would’ve easily ripped it in a few weeks.
Additionally, the premium cloth is able to resist and prevent heat build-up inside the tent. I was a little worried about the interior getting too warm during hot sunny days, but the tent does a good job of resisting high temperatures.
Installing the tent was a walk in the park; however, it isn’t suitable for trampolines with curved poles. So, make sure you’re getting the tent for a trampoline with straight poles only. Furthermore, it’s a bit more expensive than other tents on the market. For instance, it would cost you a little less to purchase the Zoomster tent of the same size.
Check best trampoline cover
My kids had a wonderful time using the Jump Tastic trampoline tent. Yes, it might be a little more expensive, but the difference in price is not significant. So, I don’t consider it a deal breaker.
What I Liked
- It features three windows and a skylight for proper air ventilation and lighting
- The tent comes with long colorful night lights
- Uses durable heat-resistant materials for the fabric
- Suitable for trampolines of multiple sizes
What I Didn’t Like
- Slightly more expensive than standard tents
- It only works with straight poles
2- Propel 15 ft Trampoline Club House Tent
Next up is the Propel 15 ft trampoline tent. As you can guess from the name, it’s a tent made for 15 ft trampolines; however, you will be able to use it to cover 14 ft trampolines as well.
Getting the tent was not my idea. It was actually suggested by a friend of mine. That reminds me; I forgot to thank him for it. It was great advice, indeed, as my kids had a blast using the tent.
Anyways, the item features a combination of a few colors, but it is mostly red. No one in my family is fond of red, but the color gives the tent a decent look.
Similar to the Jump Tastic tent, this one also comes with three windows on the sides. However, it doesn’t have a skylight like the former. The windows have a thin mesh screen for proper airflow regulation. You’ll also see some small red curtains on each window, which can be used to cover up the screens.
The Propel trampoline tent features a wide entrance with a zipper. It is easy to maneuver, so your kids shouldn’t have a problem entering and exiting the trampoline.
Additionally, the tent is weatherproof, which means you can use it on a sunny or rainy day. The fabric can resist heat to keep the interior cool and repel water when it’s raining heavily. However, water will start to accumulate on the top during a rainy day. So, make sure to drain the top when you see a puddle.
In any case, the tent is not very difficult to install, but you need to make sure your trampoline has six enclosure poles. Installation can get a little tricky when you’re using it with 14 ft models or trampolines of other brands. If you use the tent for Kinetic and Propel 15 ft trampolines, then it will take you only a few minutes to attach it.
What I Liked
- It has three retractable windows for enhanced ventilation
- The tent can withstand the effects of changing weather conditions
- Wide entrance with zipper for easy access
- Requires less to no effort to install
What I Didn’t Like
- Not the most versatile tent
- Hard to install on trampolines of other brands
3- Zoomster 14 ft Trampoline Tent
After I found great success using the Jump Tastic trampoline tent, I thought about giving a shot to another not-so-popular brand. This is when I came across the Zoomster 14 ft trampoline tent, and guess what? It didn’t disappoint me, either.
Check Best trampoline pads
Before I start rambling about the tent, I should inform you guys that it only comes in one size. So, it’s best if the trampoline you’re using has a size of 14 ft, or else it’s going to be difficult for you to install it. Also, make sure your trampoline has straight poles.
The tent will probably work with 12 ft trampolines; however, if the size differs way too much, then it might not be suitable.
Anyways, the tent is manufactured using premium Oxford fabric, which is durable and, at the same time, weather-resistant. It can block the overwhelming heat during sunny days; however, it’s not effective during rain. The skylight on the ceiling doesn’t come with a cover, so you can’t stay inside the tent when it’s raining.
The trampoline tent features three windows with mesh screens and adjustable covers. They ensure a smooth flow of air, which in terms keeps the interior cool. There is also a skylight at the center of the ceiling to allow sunlight to brighten up the place.
The door, on the other hand, is pretty similar to the one at Propel Club House. It’s big enough for my kids to enter the tent without difficulty and comes with a zipper.
The Zoomster 14 ft trampoline tent is pretty affordable and has a beautiful blue color. It is suitable for a variety of trampoline brands, which makes it a viable choice.
What I Liked
- It is durable and heat-resistant
- The tent features three windows and a skylight for better air circulation and light
- It comes with a broad and easy-to-access entrance
What I Didn’t Like
- The skylight on the ceiling doesn’t come with a cover to stop the rain
- It comes in one size only
4- Propel Trampolines P12-6TT Club House Cover
My kids couldn’t get enough of the Propel 15ft trampoline tent, so I decided to get another tent from the same brand. The last one was about 15 ft, so I was unable to use it with smaller trampolines, which my kids usually prefer. However, the Propel P12-6TT has a diameter of 12 ft; thus, it went perfectly with my children’s trampoline.
First things first, the tent works best with Kinetic and Propel trampolines, so if you’re using any trampoline, be prepared because it’s going to be a little tricky to install. Furthermore, you’ll need to make sure your trampoline has six enclosure poles, or else you won’t be able to attach the tent to it.
Similar to the Zoomster tent, the P122-6TT cover also comes with three retractable windows for consistent airflow. However, the latter doesn’t have a skylight, unlike the former, so it might get a little dark when it’s cloudy up there. Anyways, the Propel 12 ft tent is weather resistant. It stays cool during sunny days and can stop the water from coming in during rainy conditions. There is no
drainage at the top, so if you see water accumulating, drain it manually before it wears down the fabric.
Finally, the tent has an easy-to-access entrance with a zipper similar to the one of Propel 15 ft trampoline tent. The item features a combination of multiple colors, but it’s mostly red.
What I Liked
- It is an affordable choice
- Durable and able to withstand heat and rain
- Three windows for maximum airflow
- No assembly is required, and it can be installed within minutes if you’re using Propel or Kinetic trampolines
What I Didn’t Like
- It is only suitable for trampolines with six enclosure poles
- The tent doesn’t come with a skylight
5- JumpSport Trampoline Tent
I’ve saved the best for the last. The JumpSport trampoline tent is a personal favorite, and it comes with almost everything you need to give your kids an extraordinary playtime experience.
So, what is so great about the tent? For starters, it has a fabulous royal blue plus yellow color scheme. It’s actually better and brighter than all the tent colors I’ve mentioned so far. Take a look at a photo of the tent, and you’ll know it.
Anyways, the tent is five and a half feet high and 11 ft wide. It may sound small, but there is enough room for four to five, 10-year-olds. So, until you or your kids go inside there, you won’t know how spacious the tent is.
There are about three windows with screens and a door with a zipper. The windows ensure a proper flow of air, while the wide door allows kids to enter the tent without any hassle.
As for durability and safety, the tent features double-stitched seams and a No-pole safety design. The former enables the tent to withstand wear and tear. On the other hand, the No-pole design is an alternative way of installing the tent to a trampoline. You don’t need to slide the tent down the poles; instead, you will use bungee cords to the top and bottom to attach it.
The JumpSport trampoline tent is suitable for 12 – 14 ft round trampolines. You won’t be able to use it with trampolines that are bigger or smaller. You might be able to work your way around if you’re using a bigger trampoline, but in the case of a smaller trampoline, there is absolutely no chance.
Additionally, the tent works best with AlleyOOP and JumpSport trampolines. There is no guarantee that it will work with other brands; however, with a little bit of tinkering, you should be able to use it with other trampolines.
You might find the JumpSport trampoline tent to be a little too expensive. However, it is versatile and can be used in many ways. You might be able to use it as a regular tent as well if you can figure out a way.
Overall, the tent is worth the money. My kids had a pretty fantastic time using it. Per my estimation, it is one of the best trampoline tents on the market.
What I Liked
- It features a unique color scheme
- Three windows for air flow regulation
- Durable and spacious
- No-pole design enhances overall safety
What I Didn’t Like
- It is not the most affordable trampoline tent out there
- Installation becomes tricky when you’re working with not-recommended trampolines
Think to Look out for While Purchasing a Trampoline Tent
Here is a list of things you should consider while buying a tent for your trampoline. There are a bunch of tents out there, so it’s very easy to get confused. So, don’t make the same mistake I did. Have a thorough look at the points below to know what separates the good ones from the bad ones.
Size
Getting the perfect size is important whether you’re buying a trampoline or a tent. For instance, if you purchase a standard 14 ft trampoline, you might want to check your yard and see if there is enough space.
Similarly, when you’re getting a tent, you need to make sure it fits your trampoline. Some tents are suitable for multiple trampoline sizes; however, more often than not, it’s not the case. If the difference in size is too significant, then it will be impossible for you to use the tent with your trampoline.
So, check out the specs and size recommendations before purchasing a tent.
Compatibility
Trampoline tents come with a shape recommendation as well. For instance, you won’t be to use the JumpSport tent with square trampolines. You’ll need to have a round trampoline to use it.
On the other hand, some tents have specific trampoline recommendations, and they might not be suitable for trampolines of different brands.
You will also need to consider the number of enclosure poles. Some tents require six frame rods, while some need eight. So, before settling on a tent, you might want to check if it is compatible with your existing trampoline.
Ventilation
The equipment you’re purchasing should have enough windows for proper airflow regulation. Proper ventilation keeps the inside cool and allows your kids to enjoy the beauty of the weather. It also eliminates the chance of suffocation, so the feature is essential.
Some tents come with multiple windows and even a skylight for proper airflow and lighting.
Weather Resistant Capabilities
It’ll be very convenient if the tent you’re getting comes with the ability to resist the harsh effects of the weather. For instance, some trampoline tents are excellent at resisting heat, while some can block off the rain.
If you’re living in an area where it rains a lot, I would suggest you stick to a tent that features water-resistant capabilities.
Durability
Durability is necessary not only for trampoline tents but for all the items out there. The more durable a product is, the longer you’ll be able to use it. For instance, top-notch heavy-duty trampolines tend to be highly durable; therefore, they can easily withstand the test of time. Similarly, opt for a tent with high-quality fabric. It will ensure its durability and allow you to use it for a couple of years at least
